New Delhi, Dec 18: In a bid to woo the youth and to further strengthen its portfolio in 150cc-180cc motorcycle segment, Honda has launched the new CB Unicorn 163cc in the Indian market for a starting price of Rs. 69,350 (ex-showroom, Delhi).
According to reports, the new Honda bike gets an all-new carbureted and air-cooled 163cc engine that develops 14.5bhp and 14.61Nm of peak torque.
The new CB Unicorn 163cc which has features like 5-speed gearbox offers a top-speed of 106Km/h along with a fuel-efficiency figure of 62Km/l.
Keita Muramatsu, President and CEO, Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Pvt. Ltd., reportedly said that the New CB Unicorn 160 is Honda’s fourth launch of 2014 after Activa 125, CD110 and Gold Wing and with this launch.
The CB Unicorn 160 comes in 4 stunning colors i.e. Imperial Red Metallic, Pearl Black, Geny Grey Metallic and Sunbeam White and is available for sale in two variants i.e. Standard and CBS.
Y. S. Guleria, Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Pvt. Ltd., informed that CB Unicorn 160 is designed to attract the style and fashion conscious youth.
